The hot tub was broken, indoor pool was freezing.

The hot tub was broken, indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was gross. On our floor the 1st room at the elevator was being treated for bedbugs (room all taped and machines on inside). Drawers were broken in room. Vending machines and soda machines empty on every floor.
